It’s a polymer compact pistol that was primarily designed as a service weapon and for concealed carry.Basically, this is the updated version of the CZ 75 P-07 Duty that offers new features to an user and a nitrated slide finish that wears longer and has increased corrosion resistance. This pistol has been dehorned, removing any sharp edges to make it more comfortable for daily carry. Like the P-09, the P-07’s decocker and safety are interchangeable with a few minutes and also with minimal tools. P-07 shares all of the features of the P-09, but in a much smaller package. P-07 shares for instance an updated trigger shape which is more comfortable for long days at the range, as well as its snag-free hammer and forward cocking serrations. Add to that small, medium and large backstraps and an integrated 1913 Picatinny rail on the dust cover P-07 is adaptable to the shooter and their needs. Metal three dot sights and a beefed up magazine spring round out the bevy of updates, resulting in the best P-07 we’ve had to date.
There is available also a flat dark earth colour modification with tritium sights.
Omega trigger system which is the same with the P-09 allows shooters to easily swap from a manual safety to a decocker depending on their preferences. With 15+1 magazine capacity in 9mm (12+1 in .40), it makes for a concealed carry firearm without sacrificing capacity. A Picatinny light rail on the dust cover enables it to pull duty at the bedside with a light or a laser and the metal three dot sights are easy to acquire at the range.
